Before you take a real close look at this 1982 Guild G-45 Hank Williams Jr. Acoustic Guitar, I want you to remind you of Willie Nelson’s famous axe, Trigger. Trigger has been ridden hard and bears the scars of a life on the road—and so does this American-made Guild.
I did a little homework on her and from her serial number she was made in 1982 (actually, she is the 11th of her style made that year as the serial numbers begin with GD100002, and she is GD100012).
Seller writes she has “lots of play wear.” Yes, and the Liberty Bell has a small crack, too.
Thing is, this is real deal, honest play wear. Seller shares 55 HD photos that document her inside and out.
Seller notes she has “a fresh set up, is well-opened and plays quite beautifully.” I’ll say.
If this guitar could talk, she would have some whoppers to tell.
This is a guitar that has lived the life she was born to live and still has many miles to go before she sleeps. She comes with what looks to be a stickered up original case.
If this 1982 Guild G-45 has you ready for some foot stomping, she’ll keep the party going for $1295 Buy it Now on eBay.
16 folks are watching her. She’s hypnotizing.
Go get her.
